Fry leeks with some oil, add βπ« , lots π§ , stir until brown. Cook 500g (short spelt) pasta al dente -3 minutes.Join pasta to leekshrooms, π§ , pepper, vinegar, grated parm, 2tsp miso and dried to taste. Add a little if needed. Cook until yay!
