The announcement of their new AI chatbot Ruby is going about as well as you can expect. It's INSANE to see just how sour the relationship between VV and the First Mates (aka agents) has gotten in two years. I'm convinced that the reason John Diorio suddenly left as VP of North America sales is because they really made his life difficult with the changes over the past two years. I miss John. He really cared about the travel agents. I feel like Virgin would rather people book through their site.
