The spoofs, scams, and out right fraud schemes just keep getting better. More urgent and much more personal. Even when these scams we very basic and bad, people fell for them. Now, I just watching the water rise and fear for all those with zero concerns or knowledge of the devastation that it can bring. Encrypt, use better passwords, use a security token like a Yubico for 2FA/ Multifactor authentication, keep your own data, obscure what you can't secure. So many small steps that can really help.
