@hadon What exactly would you have them do if the rest of the world can't cut their consumption of everything?Again, I'm not a China supporter, but each of those articles describes a reason for why they're doing what they're doing. The "hype" still in general describes how much effort and capacity around renewables they're bringing online, and if we all weren't consuming so much crap, they could settle down and start cutting more emissions while continuing to build the cheaper electricity.I would be more focused on helping the AI bubble pop.
