A judge should be held to the absolute highest standards with the strictest consequence of all; even minor lapses in judgement, that nobody would bat an eye at if an average person did it, should result in consequences for a judge because peoples freedom is in their hands.

The psych had personal experience with this same condition from the same cause long ago.
