Jeff #Bezos of Amazon is already publicly on record that the latter (overpricing of DRAM) is a feature, not a bug, in the mad scramble for computing power for AI data centers. In both cases the goal is to take autonomous computing and communication out of the hands of citizens, and force us to rent the functionality of our devices from the corporate "cloud", where there will be absolutely no meaningful autonomy or privacy, no protection whatsoever from surveillance and control by the #oligarchy.The goal is our absolute subjugation: cyberserfdom.And once they have total control of our computing and communication, total control of our bodies will soon follow.If we are to have any freedom at all, "age verification" and movement of everything to the "cloud" must be stopped.
