@sundogplanets I remember those days. Baby monitor in the barn, light and interrupted sleep. My goat husbandry book (no internet then, mostly) said, “look for unusual behavior” to know the time is near. But, staring hard at goats for hours, there is a lot of unusual behavior.

@HarriettMB Not very calm yet. They are just not very chill animals! But better than yesterday, definitely.

@sundogplanets congrats on the farm-nerves for not finding anybody looks 'close to labour', when some are two-thirds as wide as they are long.

They are super skittish right now, but my kids are going to try their best to make them friendly.
