@adrienne 110% spouse and local president was in a council-wide meeting last night on zoom that had... The zoom ai companion active...
She emailed the Council president to reaffirm that generative AI is not and will never be compatible with labor representation. Their response was: you're the right and make good points...

@adrienne It seems unequivocal, and I certainly do not condone theft of intellectual property, but I have not yet heard an explanation of how #genAI is ethically different from sound sampling, remixing, or mixed media collage for example. The arrangement is what is new, not the elements. Please help me understand.
