      @PRW @Aleums

      They get hauled out either for re-use or the scrap metal value.

      (I've helped put on raves in actual abandoned tech buildings in the early 2000s, I used to live in a town called Reading in SE England which is basically "British Seattle" and had all the tech companies in it (it still does to some extent), but quite a few folded in early 00s and/or sent all their work to lower income countries..

      By the time the tech company is gone, all thats left is the empty warehouse and maybe some legacy telecoms kit (by mid 2000s I had so much of it from these places that at my family home there were phones and network in every room, and you had to dial 9 for an outside line when making a phone call ๐Ÿ˜ )

                      @Aleums Why are you so pessimistic?

                      I mean... as if we have to wait that long.

                        @Aleums It's not a rave. It's a human powered random number generator.

                          @yakmacker @LordCaramac @Aleums The first sentence (completely disconnected from the second) sounds like propaganda to prepare people to nuclear WW3. I read the same things in the Russian media, where "journalists" tell to people that nuclear bombing not so scary and that Europe is an easy target, since only France and UK has some nuclear warheads
