I've written 1900 words this morning. Not bad. I needed some normalcy this morning because I've been up since five, and I have a wake and Mass service (for a close friend) later. It's been pretty shitty lately.

But hey, at least I got some writing done.

Losing friends is so freaking hard. My deepest condolences.

@Firlefanz Thank you, love. Hugs right back to you. It's been really hard. His wife is like my sister as well. She's on my bowling team. Dennis had different cancers over the past few years, has struggled a lot, and last month they found out that he had another form of cancer in his spinal fluid, so it went right to his brain. They put him into hospice because there was nothing they could do. He was only in his early sixties. It's so hard.
