      @KaitlynEthylia@void.lgbt Very disappointing to wake up and find the turkeys are once more voting for Christmas.

      However, that isn't as disappointing as the realisation that part of me was ki d of expecting it...

        @Bard Despite what everybody is saying I'm also quite certain that Starmer isn't going to resign. Though even if he did, I doubt it'd make a different since he decided to save his own skin rather than dare let somebody competent get into parliament, there just isn't anybody good to replace him, god forbid Wes Streeting becomes prime minister

          @KaitlynEthylia@void.lgbt I hope he does stick by his guns and remain. Frankly, it was the Tory leaders noping out at the tiniest setback that got us into some of this mess. You can't just abandon that position because a few things go wrong for you; that is weakness of the highest order.

            @Bard in other news, the area i voted in has its results, nearly 50% for reform, barely 20% turnout 😕
