  3. Hmm, I'm too cheap to buy some microUSB cables (all the ones here broke), and was thinking I'd go snag them out of the e-waste bins, but then I suppose those cables are so terrible, none will be in the e-waste bins.

    I don't think I've ever had cables of any type break with greater regularity than microUSB.

          @ai6yr @larrybiggs I'm curious about this too!

          It's not like it had a battery in it... All I can think of would be a crappy capacitor maybe leaking or something? It wasn't even a data connection, so shouldn't have had a chip though, right? (There are only two wires there.)
