this the first time I hear Ubuntu Linux being "banned" so i don't think so it is a widespread rumour. What do you get spreading such rumours?

@nixCraft First time I read this and yes FOSS is huge in Brazil, so much that other countries should follow the example. Where is this coming from?

@nixCraft There's just so much FUD regarding Linux out there in general. I've had many colorful discussions with Microsoft world colleagues, who've had a lot of "knowledge" of Linux that has been nothing but circle jerk in an echo chamber.

@nixCraft mainly clicks I think. the commercial social networking system runs on clickbait, fueled by all sort of lies and crazy fabrications.
