@alexchapman They are setup files that will run on Windows XP or later. I believe the 32-bit version will also run on Windows 2000.

@alexchapman I would actually recommend installing both, as most applications that use SAPI are 32-bit.

@alexchapman @datajake1999 Does the 32-bit setup install the SAPI 5.1 SDK? If it installs on Windows 2000, it'll need to install that before even thinking about installing WinTalker, since SAPI 5 isn't included in Windows 2000.

@cubic @alexchapman No, the SAPI5.1 runtime isn't included in the 32-bit installer.

@trison Admittedly this synth isn't great for daily screen reader use especially in it's raw form, as it's pronunciation and number processing leave a lot to be desired. It could be useful in other applications though.
