Lebanese flat bread is the default in my culture, so I'm a bit biased towards it. It's perfect structurally, but doesn't taste as good as the other two.
I find Egyptian bread too thick for dipping, and sometimes doesn't separate cleanly if you want to stuff it (which is why it's thick to start with).
Iranian flat bread is too big, and the bubbles are a bit annoying if you want to spread something on it.
There's also saj, but we never buy it by itself. Usually it's only found in sandwiches made by restaurants. -
