@hannaB It's not so much that there's a perfect intervention (although you do probably want to hit motivation and the ability to respond at the same time - or better yet, create structures that make saving essier). It's more about how there's little point intervening when people are in stable settings

@ianwalker So you're saying the timing and context of an intervention matter more than the specific technique? That makes sense-trying to change a habit when someone's routine is already in flux.
