    Restored an old Singer 500a "Rocketeer" sewing machine. I need to start making some hiking packs and an older machine made more sense than a newer one made of plastic.

        @cannibal

        Nice!

        I love the old machines!

        I have a 1919 Singer Model 127 (Sphinx pattern) that I picked up last year for $20 that’s on my to do list to restore : )

              @cannibal

              Ideally I need a larger ultrasonic cleaner for some of the larger pieces that won’t fit in my tiny one and I haven’t been willing yet to spend the $300+ for one with a 10L+ tank : /

              Someday!
