        @peturdainn I have four unused SMF cores and having something that works if I screw up the network seems nice.

            @s0 it might even have been a couple genders ago tbh when our bio still said "not entirely cis". and that watch was no strings attached, but you know that. the sentiment is very appreciated @ryanc

              I very mildly regret not running both single mode and multi mode fiber since there are very meaningful price differences once one exceeds 10Gbit.

                <also now trying to figure out what would be needed for the RS232 BOB you'd want to test it>
