            when the consequences for abuse upon the rights and dignity of others are systematic annihilation there will be an end to abuse.

            without such consequences there will never be an end to abuse.

            eloquently describing an abuse does not remove the abuser's capability to do it again. action is also required.

                      A settlement simply isn’t enough, the licence we give corporations to trample all over people and then make it go away with some cash needs to stop. An enterprise that breaks laws, behaves immorally, will do it again, and everyone that matters to them still walks away with a tidy profit. We need corporate death penalties: disband the company, sell the assets piecemeal, keep all of it away from any investor or CEO.
