    I sent an email to Dr. Barry Prentice of the University of Manitoba. According to an old CBC article he is involved with efforts to get airships hauling cargo up north. So I asked him a few questions about how things are going. Hopefully he responds. If he does I’ll post an update here.

      @chimpchomp He had a hanger at St Andrews Airport where he and his U of M team worked on prototype airships. Unfortunately it blew apart in a big windstorm and I haven’t heard if there’s been any further work since.
