This Raspberry Pi-powered laptop plugs an upgradable Compute Module into an all-aluminum chassis. But it's launching at the worst possible time. See how it performs—and why I don't recommend it right now: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ef70x0izkFU

@geerlingguy I thought for 5 minutes that I need an additional NAS. Even f***ing HDDs are expensive now 😤

@mariob @geerlingguy - No, I stopped going to generic forums as much, and only stuff aimed at specific things (ie nvidia forums trying to learn working with Jetson). I did take a look just now, and noticed phpbb and the others are still rolling out fresh updates. rcgroups is still up. Reddit (shudder) is still around. Slack and Discord are active.

@geerlingguy I have an Android 16 based desktop OS I am working on and I wanted to see how well it works on the Argon Up. Please PM me if you would like to test the NVME version (should flash directly to the nvme and boot the CM5. Otherwise I have a separate version that targets EMMC storage.)

@geerlingguy - Dis "course" lol- I'll need to check that out.

theatl.social (mastodon instance I'm on) is running a "PeachPie" fork as well. Been meaning to try that out.
