We had been banging our heads on this for a couple of days, and this morning it finally clicked. You can use ACP inside Xcode 27, which means our Hermes agent can code right inside it. @mikedoise figured out the piece that got us there.

We had been banging our heads on this for a couple of days, and this morning it finally clicked. You can use ACP inside Xcode 27, which means our Hermes agent can code right inside it. @mikedoise figured out the piece that got us there.
Here is what works for us. Open Xcode, go to Settings, then Intelligence, then Add Agent. For the absolute path, paste the path to your Hermes binary. Under arguments, put ACP. That is the whole setup.
