@jaeder @marymess the alert tag is the right place to look for info about each week's movie (including where to watch it for free). There's a poll open right now for choosing this Sunday's movie, and there will be a post about the next movie once that poll closes. Otherwise, Sunday at 9 PM ET.

@SnoopJ @marymess Oof. It's a good thing I'm unemployed so I can attend on time at least once. I love that I can follow along afterwards as well, might have a look at what's been done and actually so some post-viewing.

Is there an easy way to see a list of all the films with a link to the post history?

Do you participate in the post history (I saw a video link where you could see people posting in real time as they were watching) by responding to the movie thread when it goes live?

@jaeder @marymess yep, when 9 PM ET Sunday rolls around, people start the movie at the same time, and post to the tag.

@marymess @jaeder In the interest of appropriately setting expectations, I'd say that #Monsterdon is not really about horror. Sometimes we do movies that would qualify as horror movies (especially in October), but still, the vibe is more silly than scary.

The ones I’ve seen have had that cozy, nostalgic feel. Like piranha 1976, or Critters (which I watched after the fact because I missed it like so many good things). Either way, it’s very fun!
