I don't usually sweeten these days, but when I did, I used a teaspoon.

@Njord I don’t typically sweeten but if I do I prefer a simple or flavored syrup as they incorporate more easily.

@Njord I had to vote other, but I wasn't really sure if this wasn't in the options. For coffee I use a non-dairy creamer. It takes the bitterness off. I assume it's better than sugar, but I've heard it's still not so great. Well, I don't have to use a whole lot for that.

For tea I use honey though. That was in the options, but, sadly, I don't drink tea often. (I love it to death, I just don't like hot drinks in general. If I was asked what my favorite hot drink was though I'd say tea. I just drink coffee because I have to.)
