How would one ferment an image?

@Kimiko_0 MPEG motion artifacting. Or better yet, applying the wrong P and B frames to an I frame, it looks so amazingly fermented at that point.

@MiaWinter Yeah, I was thinking it should a) mess with the colors in a funky way, b) add something that wasn't there before, like texture. I'd hope to avoid ai poop, but some of those 'enhancements' that have been going around lately would certainly be fermented.
