Ich versuche ja gerade, MP3-#Musik von einem #Linux-PC auf eine #Apple-Watch zu kriegen ... Wie absurd kompliziert ist das denn bitte? Die iPhone-Musik-App kann nicht mal Musik importieren, die bereits auf dem #iPhone ist? Ich soll dafür ein AppleMusic-Abo abschließen?

Wer tut sich diese Gummizelle freiwillig an?

I just changed to this local player - Apple Music has become atrocious.

@nakal Nicht meine Geräte. Aber offenbar ist die AppleWatch die Referenz für Health- und Bodymonitoring und die Frau geht ihr Training halt wissenschaftlich an. Und *eigentlich* sind die neue Watch und das iPhone ja auch hübsche Gadgets … aber "walled garden" ist da ja noch beschönigend, das ist eine geschlossene Anstalt.

@chiefbongo The big problem isn't getting the music on the iPhone and playing it there with 3rd party apps - it's syncing it to the watch which seems to be only possible with Apple's Music App, i.e. strictly inside the eco system.
