@carkner they have a special Palestine-focused project (the name escapes me at the moment) which I think was originally supposed to be focused on protests/rallies, but (I'm guessing) encompasses anything pro-Palestine now

@carkner notably, I attended a TIFF Lightbox screening of Palestine 36 as part of its regular theatrical release window and no such thing happened... But apparently it happens when TPFF hosts a screening at the same venue.
