Shite. Why I even bothered with upgrading EDK2 on my Ampere box...
It is done via BMC. Which is Aspeed AST2500, the Armv6 chip, barely capable of doing anything.
Update is either by creating tarball and uploading it via the Web interface or rsyncing file to the BMC rootfs and running script by hand. I heard something about capsule update but it had "soon" attached IIRC.
Now I am looking at debug outputs and wonder why I even started the process...
Time to go back to 25.11.10-79 build.

@hrw I wonder why the company is called ASPEED, can‘t be because of the speed of the AST2500
