It’s now possible to access files in S3 (or any compatible services) with Dolphin and other @kde apps! We just released the first version of KIO S3, which bridges S3 with all KIO-powered apps.
Introducing KIO S3
The first release of KIO S3 is out! KIO S3 is a KIO worker that allows you to browse and manage files stored in Amazon S3 and S3-compatible storage services (such as Cloudflare R2, DigitalOcean Spaces, MinIO, and others) directly from Dolphin and other KDE applications.
