Arrest of suspect accused of spying for Iran and plotting to assassinate former PM Bennett
Israeli security services have arrested a 22-year-old Haifa resident on suspicion of espionage for Iran and attempting to assassinate former Prime Minister Naftali Bennett by producing explosives. The suspect allegedly had contact with an Iranian handler since August 2025.
