as most of you know, I am a freelancer and I typically tutor Physics students while having a few writing gigs + workshops on the side. The gigs are drying up bad, and I made the very desperate decision to create a LinkedIn account.
Applied and some recruiters showed an interest immediately - talked about the job, gave me a small task, had an interview - and then, radio silence. Deleted my LinkedIn today. Applied diligently just to be ghosted for past 3 months. Yeesh.
