You didn’t start last week.
If you can’t nip these things early what exactly is the money used for?It's easy to find reasons not to do something, or to smear the overused "protect the kids" justification.
But there are very real online harms, to people of all ages and society as a whole. The public demand for action is growing.
So, we need solutions. And without groups like Open Rights offering them, governments will naturally look to techbros.
As a former boss used to say, "if you don't come with a better solution, you're just complaining".
