@codebergstatus
At least your uptime is still better than that of GitHub 🫠
@Wolkensteine @codebergstatus Github Pages uptime is better than CB HTML hosting, I mirror my site on GH and I observe this daily.
That is to be expected though, GH is bigger and now MS resources are behind it. CB uptime could be improved a little perhaps, I wonder if they are attacked more, or need more resources?

@Wolkensteine @codebergstatus It's so wild to me that multi billion dollar company is so bad at this.

My Home Lab has better uptime than GitHub

@Wolkensteine @codebergstatus I can’t remember the last time GitHub went down in the last 3 months. This is the second time in about a month codeberg is down!

Probably Codeberg could use some more hardware (they have a repo with an overview over their hardware somewhere ... And it isn't a lot), but also it seems Codeberg is targeted more by bots and stuff too.
The instability in Codeberg static site hosting might be caused by them migrating to git-pages now, but I am not 100% sure. If you don't need your own domain for your pages and have not yet migrated to that, I'd recommend doing that, since then you can use forgejo actions to determine what is updated and when (I still update the site at every push, but probably should change that up somewhen) -

@crystalkey @Wolkensteine @codebergstatus let’s compare that with codeberg? Meanwhile, am not just saying some services going down. An outright service unavailable! Come on. Codeberg can do better! And they should do better.
