      @MLE_online Wtf, how do you just FIND free tools like that?! I find all kinds of stuff around NYC, but never power tools.

        @MLE_online those soldering irons are great! I got one from the town dump a couple of years ago, tips are still available.

                  @MLE_online The fun thing about the really old 18v One+ Ryobi tools like that drill is you can use their modern lithium batteries with them.

                    @foundthefault yeah they don't know the difference as long as the voltage is close. My Ridgid tools had nicad batteries originally but i built a lithium pack for them
