    When I am in charge, among the hygiene regulations will be a requirement that restaurant businesses have a live website and publish an up to date menu.

    Just having a 'Facebook page' will reduce your hygiene rating to a 'F' because customers have to climb into a cesspool to see your offering.

        @essjax or they live their lives free of cesspools and therefore the menu simply doesn’t exist.

            @essjax I'm in favor of you being in charge — at least to the point of implementing this regulation.

              @essjax

              And that website should also carry the restaurant's latest inspection report and rating, in big bold print.

              Businesses that only have a Facebook/Instagram/whatever page may as well not exist as far as I'm concerned. Heck, even if I try to view a Facebook page, I usually get a login wall that prevents me from reading it!
