    Look what #DOGE, #ElonMusk, #JFKJr and #POTUS have accomplished.

And what does this say about the risk of a highly contagious airborne infection emerging?

US is ‘simply choosing not to stop’ Ebola outbreak after massive public health cuts, experts say

@PaulWermer I hope European Health Agencies are with government support attempting to fill the void. There is much to gain by such support both intellectually and economically for both sides. Knowledge shared always pays dividends, and both parties gain by receiving and discussing information. Health collaboration done well is not colonialism disguised, something USAID and CDC sometimes did, I regret. Not a model to follow, but replace with something better!

I cannot think of any complex endeavor that doesn't benefit from collaboration

@PaulWermer Agreed and seconded so long as it is true collaboration of equals not one party ordering the other to follow it's advice or else! 😒🫣
