        Our family had so much fun sharing a meal and dessert together.
        The hours and hours spent cooking the chocolate cappuccino pie were well spent.
        We all loved it.
        They packed up all of the leftovers to take home.
        Laughter and good conversation is just what we needed.

          @NorcalGma2
          It's looking so heavenly good, that I actually (very well fed 😸) would like to taste.
          Is it difficult to make? Time is a factor, but that piece on the lower picture looks like a well chosen cliff of taste 😻.
          Where do I find the recipe?

            It took me longer than the stated time to make the puddings thick enough. I used corn starch instead of gelatin also.
            I cooled overnight.
            Turned out perfect.

            Chocolate-Espresso Pie Recipe β€’ 5β˜… β€’ 1 Β½ hrs, plus 5 hrs’ chilling and cooling

            This creamy, fluffy dessert, reminiscent of French silk pie, features layers of coffee and chocolate puddings topped with whipped cream, for deep mocha flavor The only baking required for this largely no-bake pie is for the crust, made from chocolate graham crackers β€” but if those are hard to find, you can even use chocolate Teddy Grahams And while the recipe calls for semisweet chocolate chips, feel free to use bittersweet, milk chocolate or a combination.

                      @scott
                      So funny. My grandkids mentioned that I could start a road side stand and sell my baked goods and jam. I explained that I use the best organic ingredients I can find and that it would be impossible to turn a profit after expenses even if I didn't consider my time. I don't think people would be willing to pay enough for my scones and pies. It was nice of them to think my baking is sale worthy.
