                      In Chicago, the two groups are the tow truck drivers who will tow and impound your car if you're parked in a snow route and there's more than 2" of snow, and the snowplow drivers who will gladly scrape off your door handles and side mirrors if the tow guy hasn't got to your car yet.

                      Keep warm, check on your neighbors, and don't take anyone's dibs!
