@ZhiZhu All states wishing to prevent this need to immediately pass laws requiring officers operating under color of law to be visible as such and wearing a standardized uniform with high visibility unique identifiers. There should be no such thing as a plain-clothes cop or undercover work. The ills to society of not having undercover cops is not greater than the ills of having unidentified people instigating public violence.
