You never know when some unhinged admin will go on a stalking/terrorizing campaign because a woman and/or marginalized community member dared to criticize him.

IMO, that makes it all the more important that those of us who are privileged utilize those privileges to *reduce* the existence of privileges, in general, by going out of our way to stick up for those at risk.
