2‑ish months ago, i was contemplating how much i do and DON’T know about cyber security, web dev, devops, etc. those thoughts led to a severe reality‑check / mid‑life‑crisis
so i began a one‑man cyber‑crusade to reclaim my digital privacy, security, freedom and sovereignty, and how one protects and maintains all. along my travels mid‑february, et voila the fediverse! w00t w00t!#Introduction #NewHere #Filipino #FilipinoAmerican #FilAm #NYC

as a rookie, if anybody has any helpful tips, pointers, docs, readme’s and/or urls related to anything “fediverse 101”, they’d be hella appreciated! also, as an adhd’er + ocd’er dweeb, i LOVE finding any and ALL the resources for an interest — super gratifying learning “how the thing does the thing” lol

@GlitchGhost roger, roger 🫡 and, dude same here! did you watch the making of doc from last year? had me in absolute tears! they had a draft flashback scene of little Max that they wound up scrapping

@Guerz no i didnt even know that was a thing. ill have to look that up at some point. it will be interesting to see what got cut from the film and what stories there were making the film. thanks for the info

@Guerz no i didnt even know that was a thing. ill have to look that up at some point. it will be interesting to see what got cut from the film and what stories there were making the film. thanks for the info

@GlitchGhost yeah fa sho! in other words, the documentary shines a light on all the happenings behind-the-scenes, particulary areas i wasn't even the slightest bit aware of all these years ie how much they had to fight with Disney to allow them to globally release it. imagine THAT universe where A Goofy Movie never happened!? cuz that sounds awful!
