Which may seem an unwieldy construction but is very important to keep in mind.

      I love celebrating achievement! Celebrating achievements is great!

      AND (not but, AND) being aware of how much and many were left by the wayside because of the bigotry, bias, and violent greed of the ruling class is incredibly necessary.
