Filters are great. It helps filters if people hashtag their posts. It also helps if people don't purposely mis-spell things to avoid people's filters.

@FediTips Filters are very helpful, e.g. some timelines are 'spammed' with 'game scores' and to remove these posts helps me to focus on everything else.

(These games are not bad, i like some of them, but i am also easily distracted )
