    @JohnKiriakou @ivycyber, why do you focus on privacy instead of focusing on the provability of everything the government does?
    Even if their actions are secret, they must have a publicly verifiable ledger, so when their actions are made public, everybody can verify the evidence.
    The tech exists for the notarization of millions of actions per second.

      @kemalyildirim @JohnKiriakou

      @Zer_dyn @JohnKiriakou Yes, Naftali Bennett openly said "Turkey is the new Iran".

          @loredanacirstea @JohnKiriakou John K has spent an enormous amount of time and energy on gov't #transparency so I don't think there's a disagreement here ๐Ÿ™‚

          Individuals and organizations need #privacy because it is essential for autonomy in a network-connected world.

            @ivycyber @JohnKiriakou
            I know some of the sacrifices that @JohnKiriakou has made, and I am here because I have watched enough "Deep Focus" to visit his website and see PrivacySafe.

            My end goals are:
            1. the right to evidence for every citizen
            2. full transparency & machine-readable data from the government with notarization. Anyone who has a public office should renounce privacy during that office.

              @ivycyber @JohnKiriakou
              Until then, full notarization of any government action is doable and supports both public & private actions (that can be made public at a later point, with cryptographic proof).

              Regular law-abiding citizens should have full right to privacy as well as full right to renounce privacy.

              But as a regular citizen, I am ready to make my own life fully transparent as a small sacrifice, to give an example to those in government.

                Even more, it is only when whistleblowers are public that they can help the public.

                So, 1 transparent/public person can have more power than thousands with privacy/anonymity.

                This will be even more powerful with mathematical evidence that cannot be denied.

                  @loredanacirstea @ivycyber @JohnKiriakou tend to agree. We're all on the same page.

                  One of the reasons I have such a public persona. But there is also real risk and targeting beyond the digital, and that is not something to undertake without eyes wide open.

                    @profdiggity @ivycyber @JohnKiriakou I am aware.
                    The degree of physical risk is directly proportional to the dent made in civilization.

                      @JohnKiriakou first of all I want to say I love your stuff and know you are probably too busy to see this. You are one of the few people I look up to. I am an Irish secondary school student ( 2 years away from college) . I want to get into an interesting career sector like that of intelligence. But Ireland is boring-ville when it comes to public service. any help where i could go or what direction i should go. Thank You !
