Watching the keynote now that I’m back at home. I think there’s a lot of good advances if you’re into that sort of thing, but I think what a lot of people haven’t commented on yet is the Siri lag. Apple knows it too: the presenters always describe what Siri is doing as Siri is thinking as a way to mask the fact that it looks like Siri AI, if it works as directed, is gonna be pretty laggy out of the box relative to other competitor chatbots.
