As my country was being taken over and ransacked by DOGE in the early days I was working with a client in Europe I'd had for years. One of the other members of the team I was working on, who lives there in EU, thought it was a good time to talk about how he agrees in principle with DOGE and anti-immigration.

Y'all got the same fucking shit going on and in fact it's the same fucking billionaires puppeteering your politicians.

But there's a bittersweet side: the US system, with all its limitations, is often the financial engine of global medical research. Thanks to the American citizens who, unfortunately, pay out of their own pockets for the progress we all benefit from.

Yes, who hasn't had that American nightmare when they hear talking bribed conservatives about privatizing our healthcare services here in Europe.

Luckily, other than in the American oligarchy, in real democracies, flawed as they are, representation cannot just ignore the people to serve corporations. And other than in the two party system from hell, politicians have to fear voters' choices. Let's keep it that way!
