      @marco_m_aus_f Yes! Don't expect anything ready to test before several months from now though.

          Hi @Frost, and thank you for your interest in ELFA! There are several existing alternatives that are readily avaialble. NextCloud is one of them. Those suites lack for now some important features: federation, end-to-end encryption, local-first and CRDTs. And we will be very happy to work with them to provide them access to those features. ELFA is an open platform looking for interoperability and convergence with other solutions. We are open to talk with NextCloud for collaboration!

                  @elfa @nextgraph @ironcalc @blocknote @AnanasTeknik @ontola @xwiki @uradotdesign @danubetech @xrhf @nlnet Will it be built from scratch? Or upon @CryptPad and OnlyOffice existing projects?

                    Good question @sumek !
                    The suite of apps we are building is distinct from CryptPad and OnlyOffice.
                    It is not built "from scratch" because each partner in the consortium is bringing its work. Years of previous development is being gathered and assembled.
                    @CryptPad is also with us because they will develop interoperability with our network, so their apps are compatible with our apps. For now OnlyOffice integration is not planned. We have @ironcalc for spreadsheets and @blocknote for text editor.
