The US 5th fleet HQ in Bahrain was seen STILL on fire and taking drone and missile strikes throughout the day. (same story at US bases in Qatar, UAE and Erbil Iraq).

In case you missed it the US military confirmed the deaths of three American soldiers. Several other imperial troops suffered injuries.
The US didn't say when or where the casualties happened which would really help understand where the Iraninan's claimed battle damage assessment is over stating things.
Right now Iran is claiming the far more US troops (60-200) are dead or injured. The Iranians claim that they struck a US war ship among other things.
So we'll see what shakes out in a few days

My current belief is that the Israeli + American attackers were attempting to silence the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB) service which is about a 5 minute walk from the hospital.
IRIB was previously bombed by Israel last year killing editor in chief Nima Rajabpour of Islamic Republic of Iran News Network (IRINN)
