@erin That is awful and I’m so glad you were able to help her eliminate those charges and move her to a different service. It reminds me that I have long thought of running a workshop at my church for seniors (or anyone else) specifically to help them review their phone/internet/cable bills to identify where they are being overcharged and where they might find an opportunity to save money.
