@Chip_Unicorn Yes, both is true, at least true enough to put the hurt on the final vote tally.

Older people, esp in rural areas, use mail in voting more than younger people. For many years, the GOP worked hard to make that happen.

I should also note, I don't use generational names in a derogatory manor.

Ohio already changed the laws to mandate ballots arrive by election day. There used to be a post-marked grace period. As long as it arrived within so many days and was postmarked by election day, it was counted.
